Business Development Support

Pulse Supply Chain Solutions Inc. is a well-known electronic recycling company. We are looking to fill in Business Development Support role. The position is to support New Business Development and manage the day-to-day responsibilities for our Key Accounts and business management of services. 

Key functional support needs:
A qualified individual is to support Pre-Order to delivered results, including distributor and logistics & related supplier orchestration. 

  • Customer advocate & Business Analyst Role:
  • Customer and related Channel set-up, Service level management
  • Sell out and reporting by customer and channel
  • Pricing set up and invoicing (Sales orders and Purchase orders)
  • Portal ordering and supplier execution
  • Key Account support on all related-on reporting, ordering and delivery needs
  • Order tracking and Performance accountability
  • Data updating for various related Metrics and Dashboards.
  • Delivery Orchestration with customers and Service partners
  • Create Daily report on Inventory, orders and, shipments
  • Maintain catalog’s for services programs
  • Gather and create Monthly & Quarterly
  • Coordinate Executive support needs and events
  • Roll-up of billing and services to be placed to be reviewed and invoiced timely 


  • Proficient in Email, Excel and, Word
  • Strong Communications Skills
  • Must be organized and follow-up
  • Analysis and reporting experience
  • 5+ years in demonstrated experience and advancement

Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 per year
